Can a lost Gift Card or eGift Certificate be replaced?

Answer: For Gift Cards, no. The terms printed on the back of the Gift Card clearly state that the card will not be replaced if lost or stolen. For further inquiry, contact CatchACharacter™ customer service at 866.216.1935.

For eGift Certificates, please contact the person who sent the eGift Certificate and request that he/she resend the code to you.
